I believe in the term – live and let live, but it has been reported by other areas that break ins, robberies and smash and grabs increased on the mornings before dustbins are emptied as well as the night before. We are all used to the movement of vagrants during these times and the movement by unknown individuals does not bother us too much anymore, but criminals sometimes hide under the cover of this movement. On rare occasions it was also reported that vagrants harassed residents and were also involved in petty crimes. Be vigilant at all times.
